- Ingredients may NOT be returned, and only may be refunded if:
- The product did not match its description
- The product was damaged upon arrival
- The merchant shipped the wrong item
- Customer receipt or proof of purchase is shown
- Original packaging is shown
- Customer notifies the company of the refund appeal within 24 hours of delivery

- An exchange of the purchase with any product of the same price
- A replacement of the same product
- Store credit transferred to the customer’s BlendUp™ account
- Original refund transferred back to the customer’s use of payment method
